The Student Hub is your first point of contact for questions relating toÌýwellbeing and disability support, exams, assessment and course queries, accommodation, and fees and finance. You can also reach out to us if you just need someone to talk to.

The Student Hub will remain available 24/7 via telephone, online chat, and email during most of the spring break (Monday 31 March – Sunday 27 April), except for the following:Ìý
If you need support during this time, including from the student wellbeing service, please email studenthub@soton.ac.uk and we will respond as soon as possible.ÌýIf you need immediate help in an emergency, call 999. When you need medical advice, but it is not an emergency,ÌýÌýonline or call 111.  When you phone 111, your call is handled by an advisor who can guide you on what treatment you need. University Security can also assist in case of an on-campus emergency.Ìý
If you would like to see one of our team members in person, The Student Hub in Building 37 on Highfield Campus will be open from 08:00-20:00 throughout the break. If you need in-person support from our student wellbeing service out of hours, you can visit us 24/7Ìý– however, there will be some limited availability on 26 and 27 April as outlined above.
The Student Hub sites at Avenue Campus, Winchester School of Art, Sir James Matthews, and NOCS will be closed fromÌýFriday 28 MarchÌýand will reopen onÌýMonday 28 April.Ìý

Before visiting us in Building 37 or Building 63F, j.ÌýYou can check your queue position and current waiting time from your phone. You’ll receive an alert when it’s your turn to speak to an advisor, so you can wait within The Student Hub or elsewhere on campus.
