We are keen to attract graduates from all disciplines to carry out postgraduate research. You will have at least 2 PhD supervisors with expertise in your chosen field. You will receive core and tailored training including:
- research methods
- statistics
- epidemiology
- research ethics
- governance
As a PhD student you will meet with the rest of the department through seminars, informal networking and integration of PhD projects with wider research themes. We have a PhD support group and an annual Primary Care, Population Sciences and Medical Education PhD Research Conference where you can present and share your work.
