We join forces with individuals and organisations to work on projects together.
Partners
We work closely with our partners to provide the evidence needed to deliver patient-centred care. They include:
- people affected by cancer
- UK charities
- health professionals
- health professional organisations
- commissioners and policymakers
- NHS England
- Health Education England
- hospitals and research teams across the UK, and internationally
Collaborations
We have:
- developed in collaboration with Macmillan Cancer Support to enable people to manage cancer related fatigue after cancer treatment
- provided evidence to parliament through the including data from recent reports of (PDF, 2.3MB, 23 pages) and personalising care for people with colorectal cancer (CREW) (PDF, 2MB, 24 pages)
- developed a to support people living with motor neurone disease considering a gastrostomy tube
We are:
- working with Wessex Cancer Alliance to embed and evaluate - a resource to support women with breast cancer make decisions about genetic testing - into routine cancer care
- developing education resources to support health care professionals with Macmillan, Prostate Cancer UK, Cancer Research UK
- developing tools to assess quality of life
