Biography
María Óskarsdóttir joined the School of Mathematical Sciences as Lecturer in January 2025 after her tenure as Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science of Reykjavík University in Iceland. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Western University, Canada. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Analytics from the Faculty of Economics and Business at KU Leuven in Belgium and an MSc degree in Mathematics from the Leibniz University in Hannover, Germany.
