Project overview
This 18-month project funded by the Society for the ÃÛÌÒTV of Addiction https://www.addiction-ssa.org/, and in collaboration with Dr Janine Robinson, the National Specialty Advisor for Autism at NHS England/ Improvement (NHS E/I) brings together all potential stakeholders including experts by experience to scope and reach consensus on the priorities to drive research, policy, and inform clinical practice in this important and under-represented group.
We will convene a Priority Setting Partnership (PSP) to identify and prioritise the evidence uncertainties and reach consensus on a final list (Top 10) of jointly agreed research and policy priorities in this area.
The project uses well established priority setting methods that ensure inclusivity and transparency and builds on our track record of genuine PPI and co-production with participant groups.
