The research project funded by the Leverhulme Trust (RPG-2023-099) seeks to explore a critical economic question: whether the increased public and household debt levels in the UK contribute to wealth concentration within the top 1% and 10% of the wealth distribution. This project is a collaborative effort between Southampton University, Coventry University (Principal Investigator), and Cardiff Metropolitan University.
