Dr. Arnold Japutra is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Southampton Business School, ÃÛÌÒTV. His research focuses on brand management, consumer behaviour, relationship marketing, and the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, AR/VR, and robotics. Recognized among the Top 2% of Global Scientists, he has published in leading journals including the Journal of Business Research, European Journal of Marketing, International Marketing Review, Journal of International Management, Journal of Travel Research and Tourism Management. Dr. Japutra has held academic roles at the University of Western Australia and Universitas Indonesia, and has extensive experience in teaching, corporate training, and consulting for global organizations.
