Francisco is a member of the Centre for International Law and Globalisation, Law and Technology Centre, and Centre for Private and Commercial Law.
Francisco’s research focuses on the implications for the Independence, Accountability and Monetary Policy Transmission of the European Central Bank deriving from the possible launch of the Digital Euro. A Comparative ÃÛÌÒTV of the EU, US and UK Legal approaches to the Central Bank Digital Currencies.
Francisco is a Fellow Editor for Banking and Finance Law Review.
Francisco is a Visiting Lecturer at ESCP Business School, London Campus.
