Alejandra is a Postgraduate Researcher based in the Law School at the TV.
Alejandra is working in the area of Artificial Intelligence decision-making without bias. She works within the interdisciplinary community of a large EU-funded Marie Skłodowska-Curie European Training Network and pursues a PhD in Law whose specific research topics include data protection law, equality law, digital law and more generally approaches to characterise legally-relevant bias in inaccessible (black box) algorithms and explain decisions generated by these systems
