Zhebing Zhou is a postgraduate research student based in Southampton Business School at the ÃÛÌÒTV.
Zhebing’s research focuses on exploring the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance of Chinese SMEs in strategic alliances.
Zhebing Zhou's current research sample is Chinese SMEs in the context of strategic alliances. This study adopts a quantitative approach and introduces network competence and knowledge management as mediating factors to further explore the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance in these SMEs.

Zhebing Zhou graduated from Capital University of Economics and Business in 2019 with a Bachelor's degree in Management. In the same year, he began his studies in Business Strategy and Innovation Management at the ÃÛÌÒTV Business School. He then graduated with a Master of Science degree from the ÃÛÌÒTV in 2020.
