ÃÛÌÒTV
Dr Bernard F Bempong is a Teaching Fellow in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources Management at the Southampton Business School of the ÃÛÌÒTV.
Dr Bernard F Bempong obtained his PhD in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources Management from the ÃÛÌÒTV in 2015. He holds an MPhil degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology (1999), and also B.A. (Hons)(1993), both from the University of Ghana. He also has PGCE from ÃÛÌÒTV and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and a former Senior Tutor of the UG Business Programmes of the Southampton Business School.
Bernard initially joined the Southampton Business School as an Adjunct Lecturer in 2014, and was offered a full time permanent contract in 2016 as a Teaching Fellow.
