The University of Tripoli has been among our priority partners for some time and is the largest research led university in Libya and is in the capital Tripoli. Informal links between the University of Tripoli (formerly known as Al Fateh University) and the ÃÛÌÒTV date back to 2004. In 2019 Southampton signed a scholarship agreement with Tripoli, which enabled 3 students to enrol in postgraduate taught health science programmes.
