The Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) is a non-repayable government grant to help cover costs related to a student's studies, which they may have as a direct result of a disability.
Students with a disability, long-term health condition, mental health condition or specific learning difference (such as Dyslexia), may be eligible to apply for additional funding through the DSA. ÌýSupporting evidence is required to apply for DSA. ÌýÌý
Students may receive DSA on its own or alongside any student finance loan.

The DSA is external to the University, but we can assist students in applying for the DSA or accessing their entitled support.
