The Centre for Higher Education Practice (CHEP) promotes academic professional learning for every member of University staff, in all areas of academic activity and at every stage of their career. Our Research & KEE Team is workingÌýin partnershipÌýwith faculties and specialistÌýteams from professional servicesÌýto design and deliverÌýprofessional development programme for staff engaged in researchÌýand enterprise across the University.

The CHEP ResearchÌý& Enterprise Team

The team includes experienced researcher developers and administrators working alongside academic staff, and also encompasses the professional development aspect of the Doctoral College.

We are working to build connections across the UniversityÌýand deliverÌýcore projects, alongside a lively programme of events and training.

Our Researcher Development Hub SharePoint site​​​​​ provides an overview of learning and development resources to support researchers available across the University.Ìý​It highlights key information, contacts and training opportunities, and provides insight into the wider scope of the knowledge and skillsÌýrequired to build your careerÌýin research, knowledge exchange and enterprise.ÌýÌý

Primarily aimed at academic staffÌýat all levels of experience, the site may also be useful to late stage PGRs and any professional servicesÌýcolleagues engaged with or supporting research and enterprise activity.
